CUT TO LENGTH LINE
Description
Cut to length line machine is used for the purpose cutting & hole punching of CRGO sheets(used in transformer cores). This automatic machine is controlled by a PLC system. It has servo controlled single shaft feeder. This hole punching & sheet cutting are driven by servo motors. The information of length. shearing numbers and speed can be programmed through the HMI. When the set number of shears is reached, the line stops automatyically. The line speed can be adjusted. The machine is controlled with the help of PLC based contol architecture.
