Features
Controller Unit
It is a compact controller which is mounted on top of the machine. Controller has no of 499 programme memory.
It is controlled by the microcontroller.
User can easily operate & and run a programme or recall a programme anytime.
It can count daily production rather than counting the number of coils per shift by just pressing a switch.
It will have a backup in case of power failure.
Dynamic with versatile display is used in the Controller.
Head Stock
The winding unit is driven by 0.25 HP PMDC 180 VDC using a belt.
Magnetic break is built into the outer metallic cover to stop the machine automatically once the programme is finished.
Heavy-duty rubber bush is used to avoid vibration & and displacement.
Travers unit is inbuilt & and driven by a stepper Motor.
Tail Stock
Heavy duty tailstock will be provided swivel movement which will provide the easy loading and unloading of the coils.
It also secures the perfect alignment of the mandrel.
The horizontal movement of the unit is done manually
Wire Guide & Tensioner Unit
Wire guide unit helps to maintain winding wire/conductor during feeding.
Tensioner unit provides proper tension to wire for fine & superior coils as per coil specifications during winding.
Tensioner arm aligned with microswitch( Sensor) which is useful to stop the machine if wire is cut during winding.
