De-coiler Unit

There is a tensioner for the foil make sure the tension is stable throughout the winding using the close loop torque mode tension control mechanism.
Feeder Unit
Feeder unit is used to feed the foil raw material to the winding unit.
Punch and die Unit
Used to punch a hole on the starting end of the CRGO sheet to enable gripping in the initial stages of winding.
Self Centering Unit
This helps in securing the alignment of the CRGO sheet throughout the winding process.
Welding Unit
The welding unit is used to weld the bus bar to the ends of the Foil.
The Foil end and the bus bar are placed on the welding jig and are clamped together using pneumatic cylinders and the welding automatically starts at the set speed. .
