Tail Stock

Bobbin De-coiler
Used to load the foil raw material
Insulation paper De-coiler
Used to feed the insulation paper.
The machine is equipped with a customisable number of strip paper to wind the coil with a graded layer insulation system
The feeding length can be pre-defined for the first coil as the layer progressive, whereas for the next coils, the machine will set accordingly.
Wire Guiding Unit
This unit guides the wire from the de-coiler to the winding unit.
This consists of rollers suitable for different conductors.
Stitching Unit
Used to stitch the insulation paper to the ends of the wound coil.
Wire Flattener
Used to flatten and straighten the raw coil material before winding.
